RM 23 - Norman Projects
As part of our history studies, we explored the fascinating world of the Normans, from the Battle of Hastings to the impact of Norman rule in England. After learning about key events, people, and places, students brought the topic to life through individual projects. Their creativity was on full display with impressive PowerPoint presentations, detailed posters, and hands-on models. Some built castles complete with motte-and-bailey designs, while others crafted swords and artefacts that reflected Norman craftsmanship. It was a brilliant mix of research, imagination, and hard work, a fantastic way to deepen understanding of this pivotal period in history. Everyone did a brilliant job presenting them to the class.
