On the 14th of May we got to visit Kiernan Milling. It was great to get the opportunity to see how such a successful business operates. Ellie and Aidan were our tour guides and they were super informative. It was great to see how the meal is made and assessed and we also heard about the tests that they can do in the lab to help farmers. After that we watched some videos on how the successful business operates.
