Staff engage in Continuing Professional Development for P.E.

The staff of St. Teresa's National school engaged in Continuing Professional Development for P.E. last week from the P.D.S.T.  As a staff we wanted to focus on games that would need no equipment that we could teach the children so they could play during lunch time. We also wanted to look at games with minimal equipment and we also revised traditional games. A member of staff, Mr. Toher and Ms. Kathy Butler from St. Joseph's National school, both associates with the P.D.S.T. gave the course after school. Everyone seemed to enjoy the course and come away with some new ideas to use during their P.E. lessons. Well done to all the staff.
