A special mention to our incoming Junior Infants who will arrive a bit later than the rest of the children at 10am. Parents will have received information regarding this.

Trip to the Longford Library and the Garda Station.

1st and 2nd class joined together for a trip to our local library and Garda station. The girls and boys really enjoyed listening to some Halloween stories read by Maggi, the storyteller.

Everyone was very keen to see the Garda station and especially enjoyed getting their finger prints taken, getting to sit in the back of a Garda van, trying on Garda hats and jackets and even being locked in a cell!! 

Our Honorary Garda, Darragh ,  brought in his Garda hat to show his class mates too!
