As principal of St. Teresa’s N.S. Killoe, it is my pleasure to welcome you to our school website. St. Teresa’s is a vertical co-ed school with children from Infants to 6th class. We also have 4 Autism Special classes catering from pre-school to 6th class age.

St. Teresa’s is committed to the holistic development of the children in our care and to make a positive difference in their lives enabling them to live in a global society.
As an educational team, we are dedicated to academic excellence and holding high expectations to ensure that each and every pupil will be a successful learner. As well as initiatives provided within the curriculum, pupils are provided with opportunities to take part in many extra-curricular activities such as a variety of sports, quizzes, school band, School Scór.
We are committed to creating a safe and positive learning environment where staff and pupils promote and model truth, justice & compassion. St. Teresa’s is also committed to the physical, social and emotional needs of our pupils. We encourage our pupils to be kind, respectful and to be tolerant.
We welcome your involvement in your child’s educational experience and our school activities. We have a vibrant Parents’ Association whose work & commitment is valued and respected. There is always an open door to new members who may have time to give the school, which in turn gives to your child.
We work in partnership with the Board of Management, Staff & Parents and the wider community in the education of each and every child.
